Although making salt dough decorations is very easy, you need to make sure you have mixed it properly. Here are the ingredients you’re going to need:

  • 1 cup of salt
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of water

Simply mix these ingredients in a mixer until the dough is smooth. Roll the dough out and start cutting shapes out. After you make your ornaments, bake them in the oven at 120 degrees for about 3 hours. The dough needs to dry completely.

Paper decorations

If you had to pack items for shipping recently, there’s a big chance you have lots of packing paper lying around your home. This is a great thing because there are many different decorations you can make out of paper. And, making them really easy.

In fact, it’s better if they aren’t.  Simply glue them to your old ornaments o create a cold and shiny mosaic. And, in case you don’t want to cut them, repaint your CDs and start drawing on them.
